Capricorn Vale has about 2,000 square feet of living space included in three bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and a spacious deck. The house is situated about 50 feet from the beach and enjoys a westerly exposure with beautiful sunsets. The living room contains two small sofas, a coffee table, a ten foot by twelve foot Oriental rug, a TV and a VCR. The dining room contains a large circular dining table with six chairs, and an 8 foot by ten foot Oriental rung. There is a CD player in the bookcase in the dining room. The kitchen is completely furnished with gas range-top and oven, refrigerator and a double stainless steel sink. All dishes and utensils are provided. Both bedrooms on the main-level have queen-size beds, two night stands and two night stand lamps. The main-level bathroom is located between the two main level bedrooms and contains a double vanity sink, a tub/shower, toilet and linen closet. The deck on the main-level is covered and has 4 steamer chairs, 4 dining-style chairs and a small coffee table.

The upper-level bathroom has a single vanity sink, tub/shower, and toilet.

The upper-level bedroom has a king-size bed, two night stands, two night stand lamps, a coffee table, two chairs and a small Oriental rug. This bedroom opens to a small deck overlooking the beach. All living areas have variable-speed ceiling fans. The house has a small collection of videos (bring your own), some CDs (again, bring your own), and books and games. Floors throughout the house are hardwood.
